About the team
The Social Media Content Creator will focus on spearheading content production, collaboration, best practices, and innovation, as well as overseeing execution for the Everything App in Jordan.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player with deep expertise in content production and social media. They’re experienced working cross-functionally to ideate and execute exciting and innovative social media content and initiatives that drive brand love and deliver on strategic business objectives. They will work closely with multiple departments including business verticals, functions and markets, supporting the overall social media strategy.
What you'll do
Content Creation
- Collaborate on the creative and strategic direction of social content, working closely with the social media and marketing team of strategists and creators
- Content ideation and creation for social media channels in Jordan, supporting the Everything App positioning including made-for-social video content
- Work closely with all business verticals and sub-functions to identify content opportunities and lead on the execution of content based on briefs
- Lead on all stages of production from ideation to editing
- Test innovative social content approaches to advance channel-specific KPIs and explore emerging platforms
- Direct social media shoots and be present on-ground to create content for Stories, Reels & live coverage when needed
- On-going proactive made-for-social content ideation and creation based on industry and regional trends
Applied Knowledge And Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong creative thinker who can ideate around an existing concept and develop new ideas/concepts relevant to our audience
- Strong knowledge of social creative trends
- Strategic and operational knowledge of social channels
- Hands-on experience in creating social content up to brand standards
- Knowledge and skilled in editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect and CapCut
What You'll Need
- 4-5 Years of Experience in social media and content creation
- Knowledge and experience in the full content production process
- Strong team player and collaborator
- Creative strategic thinker
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is mandatory
