Job Description

  • Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  • Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  • Endeavors key performance indicators as discussed and agreed with the Line Manager 
  • Develops and maintains a good network of contacts that refer opportunities for new business regularly.
  • Interacts effectively with other sales groups (internal and external) to exchange information on potential clients to leverage sales opportunities.
  • Follows up with existing direct clients and facilitates to ensure policy renewal orders are placed regularly.
  • Maintains accurate records of all client contacts, opportunities won and lost (and reasons for loss) and analyzes the same frequently to understand the market and plan business development strategies/tactics.
  • Contacts with the clients to validate their data.
