The Purpose of the Role
Join a team of development program professionals to support dev programs within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programatic MOS, support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also be working under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality while demonstrating PM skills including risk management
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for executing smart cities projects
- Main contact for day-to-day activities with all project stakeholders
- Strong smart city and IOT knowledge dealing with smart city platforms and its integrations.
- Lead the handing over process from estimation team
- Develop detailed project management plan with its respective domains (Scope, time, cost, etc.)
- Execute and deliver projects following best in class methodologies and practices.
- Deliver project on time, within scope with zero or positive marginal improvement.
- Manage changes in scope, time or cost through adding variation orders.
- Liaise internal communication with resources and vendors.
- Develop procurement plan as part of the project management plan
- Identify risks and develop adequate risk response.
- Track and monitor projects performance.
- Monitor monthly projects financial performance measures including revenue recognition, margins, invoicing and cash collection.
- Manage HSE related project activities in coordination with HSE department.
WE VALUE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience: 10+ years of project management experience.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills. They should also be able to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. They should also have a strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- The candidate must speak English & Arabic fluently.
