Site Coordinator

Job Purpose / Objective 

Provides effective security to all HMG patients, visitors, and HMG staff; secures HMG equipment’s and premises and controls the safety of the hospital and all personnel in accordance with the Policy and Procedure.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities  

• Maintain a guard position at designated area, according to the requirement of the hospital.
• Provide roving patrol at a random basis in order to ensure that security of HMG and employees therein is properly maintained.
• Adhere to Department dress code.
• Maintain alertness to ensure that no hazardous incidents will occur endangering safety and security of the hospital.
• Ensure that no person carries any prohibited items or substances to the hospital.
• Conduct bags and packages inspection as needed from the time an instruction has been issued.
• Control movement of all incoming and outgoing HMG Equipment’s in conformity with the Policy and Procedures.
• Offer assistance to patients and visitors in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Prevent entry of unauthorized personnel in all restricted areas.
• Ensure that all lawful orders are carried out in prompt an efficient manner.
• Enforce familiarity of all safety measures, designs, equipment’s, standard ways and means used by the hospital as required.
• Abide and familiarizes the departmental Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification

High School Certificate.

Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in the same field.
