Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.

 

 

  • Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.

 

 

  • Provide support to site managers, including managing personnel schedules and ensuring compliance with site regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and time sheets.

 

 

  • Monitor and control site expenses, including petty cash management.
  • Handle all aspects of site safety, including conducting regular safety audits and providing training to personnel.

 

 

  • Manage all sites documentation
  • Facilitates and helps in decreasing the lead time for site activities commencement
  • Improves the communication between T&D operation team and GS financial department
  • Manage site expenses and do the necessary settlements.
