Job Description
Sales Specialists should master Elite Home Decor product knowledge and sales techniques/selling ceremony steps. They embody the image of Elite Home Decor by having stylish grooming, a positive and elegant attitude.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Achieve monthly and annually sales targets.
• Responsible for building relationships with customers through regular use of client book.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
• Maintain correspondence with a list of established clients and develop new clients.
- Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
- Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
- Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
- Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
• Pleasant and good grooming skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion and luxury retail industry.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
