ROLE OVERVIEW



The Supplemental Manpower Process Manager is responsible for the overall standards and direction of the Tonomus Connect PMO, aligning to the overall Tonomus Connect Strategy



REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY


  • Maintain and constantly improve infrastructure governance and framework for Tonomus Connect
  • Recommends best practices to improve products or services.
  • Contributes to defining standards and specifications to be followed.
  • Ensuring that all Regions have the appropriate Network Designs, following the ETSD gateways, 3A, 3B, 3C and have the correct approval signatures assigned
  • Ensuring that all Portfolio’s, Programs and Projects are maintained and up to date in ServiceNow
  • Contributes to the development of organization functional strategy.
  • Advises functional teams or projects within his/her area of specialization.
  • Ensures PMO governance is implemented and adhered to
  • Ensures that all reporting requirements are provided, on time and factual, working with the BI team to implement the required statistics/metrics

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES


The Shared Services IT PMO Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • 10+ years of management experience preferably in a Telecommunications environment
  • 8+ years of experience in Demand, Asset Management, and PMO
  • Experience with infrastructure implementation environments, ideally with a telecommunications background
  • Extensive stakeholder experience
  • An expert level understanding of Demand, pipeline, resource management and PMO governance
  • Understanding and adherence to agreed and approved standards and methodologies
  • Ability to handle multiple project teams in an ambidextrous way
  • Good communication skills and strong business acumen
  • Fast learner with analytic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to change direction quickly and adapt the teams comfortably
  • Good Team player and ability to collaborate positively with others
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent Program/Project/Demand/PMO experience
  • Extensive management reporting

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other business degrees
