Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Services Design Manager to lead our services design efforts for various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of essential services such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other operational systems in our construction projects. Working closely with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders, your goal will be to ensure that all services are efficiently integrated and align with both functionality and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and coordination of services across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to analyze project requirements and determine service design specifications.
- Review design proposals and oversee the preparation of accurate and detailed designs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any design conflicts to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external consultants.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that service installations meet design specifications.
- Develop and maintain design documentation for all service-related aspects of the project.
