Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
- Strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist are highly advantageous
