Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in various ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel as needed. Experience in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
- Ensure the performance reliability and scalability of ServiceNow solutions through continuous monitoring and optimization.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Manage the lifecycle of ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements recommending improvements to existing implementations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow-related services.
- Participate in the development of strategic plans for the ServiceNow platform aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure the security and privacy of data within the ServiceNow platform adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to manage ServiceNow projects efficiently.
- Have experience in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains is a plus.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Hold relevant certifications in ServiceNow to validate expertise and knowledge.
