Job Description
A leading ServiceNow Elite Partner is currently going through a period of great growth where they are now looking for ServiceNow Senior Architect with ITOM expertise!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Management.
- Lead client engagements, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize IT operations workflows to improve service visibility and efficiency.
- Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITOM solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and consulting.
- Strong understanding of IT operations management processes and ITIL framework.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API, PowerShell, or Python).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
