A leading ServiceNow Elite Partner is currently going through a period of great growth where they are now looking for ServiceNow Senior Consultants & Architect with GRC & IRM expertise!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
- Conduct business analysis to define governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and customize GRC workflows, policies, and dashboards.
- Integrate GRC with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and industry compliance standards.
- Lead stakeholder engagements and training sessions.
- Provide best practice recommendations and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM consulting and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC/IRM preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
