Job Description
A reputable and well-established Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Service Sales Manager for their team in Riyadh.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Design and implement service business policies to achieve service goals and targets.
- Lead the team by defining operational requirements and aligning objectives as per the company’s strategy.
- Conduct training for Service engineers.
- Identify customer needs and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain/logistics.
- Analyse market trends and translate them into strategy and contracts.
- Stay updated on market and product developments.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the Manufacturing industry of which 3 – 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in selling service contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
