About the role
This position is for an entry-level professional in Customer Data Management, who compiles customer service data and customer problems conducts statistical analysis and develops recommendations for corrective procedures
Planning and dispatching of SA/SR orders in the branch Jobs opening and closing in the system Materials plan and delivery Jobs SA/SR scheduling and planning
Key Responsibilities:
As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:
Handling Jobs planning of SA/SR orders in the branch Scheduling and planning of SA/SR service orders in the branch Posting Carrier labour, OSL and parts charges Organization of office works and follow up communications with customers, Opening and closing job orders in the data base Receiving claims and handling customers inquiries in coordination with all team Issuing of parts delivery documents and ordering materials Initiating B2B orders and parts inquiries
Requirements
We are looking for people who as a minimum you must have:
Strong knowledge in computer and MS office programs Excellent communications skills Fluent speaking, writing and listening Minimum 3 years' experience in office and relevant works university education business administration or HVAC diploma Customer service experience Preferable HVAC knowledge
