Job Description

  • Receive and confirm receipt of Appliance owner appliances requests.
  • Makes initial contact with Appliance owner and/or Customer Service Technicians to schedule inspection appointments at site or verbal demonstration to help customer appliances issue.
  • Evaluate Appliance owner repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items.
  • Communicates effectively to Appliance owner if repair issue is deemed not warrantable.
  • Process written or electronic work orders and/or verbal instructions from supervisor for Appliance owner repairs.
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated warranty repairs.
  • Certifies warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
  • Follow up with Appliance owner to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
  • Develops and maintains good rapport with subcontractors and Appliance owner.
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Managing in-person, telephone, and electronic customer inquiries
  • Completing follow through to assure that customer requests are properly resolved.
  • Providing administrative support to the after-sales service department
  • Completing data entry tasks
  • Assist showroom on follow up & Queries.


Skills

  • Essential: bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellency in basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proven experience in the same field.
