Keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.
Troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring that service agreements get met and assisting with contract renewal.
Check that the inventory will meet customer demands and will analyze risks in the supply chain.
Maintaining positive relationship with clients, meet deadlines, lead a team, stay organized, manage conflict and use creativity to find ways to make the service better.
Strategize, implement, and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Make sure that each seller and buyer receives the same great experience we promise.
Assess Sellers and Buyers feedback and improve procedures accordingly
Identify areas of improvements and concerns in business operations and recommend action plans
Develop and implement performance metrics to improve business and operational efficiency
Drive and lead continuous improvement projects and ensure that core business functions run smoothly
Ensure the system is efficient and cost effective. aim to reduce cost without affecting the overall customer experience.
Work closely with Country Manager, cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Ensure full compliance of Kayishha’s policies & procedure in all areas of work.
