at Dynamis, Inc. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Dynamis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Wargaming Consultant for a strategic wargaming effort in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in leading the design and execution of comprehensive strategic wargaming exercises that align with national defense objectives. The consultant will leverage their extensive expertise to provide authoritative guidance and insights, ensuring the development of robust wargaming frameworks and methodologies that enhance strategic decision-making and operational readiness. This position offers an opportunity to lead a critical strategic initiative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities:



Strategic Design and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic wargaming exercises that are both realistic and effective in testing military strategies, ensuring alignment with defense objectives. Expert Consultation: Provide authoritative advice on current and emerging wargaming methodologies, contributing insights that enhance defense strategies and tactics. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with military leaders and high-level stakeholders to ensure that exercise objectives are clearly defined and strategically aligned, fostering effective collaboration across all levels. Outcome Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the outcomes of wargaming exercises, preparing detailed reports that highlight key findings and recommend strategic improvements to enhance future exercises.

Requirements:



Educational Background: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Defense Studies, Strategic Studies, or a related field, with a strong focus on military strategy and operations. Professional Recognition: Recognized authority in strategic wargaming, with a substantial portfolio of published works and contributions to major defense forums, demonstrating your expertise and thought leadership. Extensive Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within defense sectors, with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale, complex projects in defense or governmental sectors. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross-functional activities is essential. Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading strategic initiatives or operations in multinational or joint military environments, with a focus on aligning with strategic objectives and enhancing collaboration.

Skills:



Strategic Insight: Strong capability to design and execute complex strategic initiatives, with a comprehensive understanding of defense and military operations. Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders, including government and military officials, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving consensus. Analytical Acumen: Advanced analytical skills for evaluating wargaming outcomes and deriving actionable insights, with the ability to adapt strategies based on evolving defense needs.
