What You’ll Do
Leadership & Strategy Define and execute Rewaa’s technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead and inspire a diverse, talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Scale the engineering team to support the company’s growth, ensuring processes and practices are set up for success. Collaborate closely with the executive team to influence strategic decisions and drive company-wide initiatives.
Technology & Product Development Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Evaluate and implement the latest tools, technologies, and frameworks to maintain Rewaa’s competitive edge. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all platforms and solutions. Partner with product management to prioritize and deliver features that delight our customers.
Operational Excellence Establish and optimize engineering processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure engineering performance and drive improvements. Ensure technical debt is managed effectively while delivering on immediate priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, clients, and partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Who You Are
Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in software engineering roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (VP/CTO).
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and agile development practices.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies; startup or scale-up experience is a big plus.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Core Skills Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
Strategic Thinking: Adept at balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes.
Communication: Excellent at articulating complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
