1) Deploy departmental objectives and related Action Plans set by NLI Manager
2) Develop content for in-house workshops in line with pre-set guidelines and developmental areas to meet specific needs of organization and employees
3) Conduct a research and recommend changes in line with the curriculum objectives to enhance a related course
4) Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
5) Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employees training and development and implement them in training delivery once approved by the NLI manager
6) Prior to Training commencement, coordinate with BUs’ HR over the confirmed list of attendants, cross-checking it against system’s enrollment entries to ensure related match and agree over Training venue (In-house or external)
7) Examine the Training venue (facility, instrument) prior to Training commencement and verify the availability and sufficiently of participants’ manuals, wherever applicable.
8) Deliver Behavioral or technical trainings reference to the set Training Plan
9) Fill and report related List of Participants and ensure collecting participants feed-back on about the training through the Training Evaluation Form
10) Upon completing quizzes’ grading and participants’ assessment, share with NLI Manager the List of Participants, that encompass attendances, grades and Training Evaluation
11) Upon Training completion, assign related short-term and long term projects for all participants, whenever applicable, and follow-up accordingly with participants and their direct management over progression
12) Assess employees discipline and performance and provide feedback to NLI Manager
13) Mentor NLI Trainers thru his multiple Trainings’ Topics field of expertise, providing support upon need, and spot check their grading and Courses’ Deliveries to ensure proper Trainer-Trainees interaction and adequate grading of related quizzes
14) Prepare weekly report summarizing NLI activities in his Area, and relay it for NLI Manager reference.
High reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is preferably acquired through a University degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years experience in the same field.

Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficient in utilizing and managing LMS platforms to deliver, track, and evaluate training initiatives, ensuring seamless access and progress tracking for all participants.
Proficient in creating compelling training materials using instructional design principles, ensuring diverse learners achieve optimal educational outcomes.
Skilled at analyzing training requirements, adeptly identifying areas for improvement and devising targeted training strategies that align with company objectives.
Adept at flexibly adjusting training approaches to cater to different learning preferences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
Experienced in the efficient use of Learning Management Systems to facilitate training, ensuring easy content distribution, participant advancement monitoring, and performance analysis.
Well-versed in the operational aspects of LMS, proficiently utilizing the technology to deliver training content, track participant progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
