Hill International is looking for an experienced Senior Testing & Commissioning Engineer (E2) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems for a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans for electrical and mechanical systems
- Supervise and coordinate testing activities with subcontractors
- Monitor and review the quality of testing and commissioning activities
- Prepare and review test reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel as needed
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check
