What you will do
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring long-term continuity and satisfaction.
Identify key contacts, initiate meaningful connections, and develop reliable sales forecasts and projections.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, product developments, and legal regulations, reporting insights to management.
Plan and execute customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations aligned with business targets and customer needs.
Evaluate customer requests for proposals, prepare material lists based on needs, and guide purchasing methods in collaboration with the tender department.
Oversee the delivery, installation, and post-sales training of materials, while attending surgeries to ensure proper product use.
Address customer feedback or complaints, take necessary corrective actions, and communicate resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Support marketing initiatives, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and develop new business opportunities.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in comprehensive Operating Room Solutions.
Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
Strong expertise in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and delivering product demonstrations.
Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience collaborating with hospital staff and biomedical engineers.
Experience in project management would be an advantage.
