What you will do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers while identifying key contacts to drive business opportunities.
Plan and execute customer/partner visits, demos, and proposals aligned with business targets and customer needs, while translating strategies into actionable plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations, providing timely reports and insights to management.
Inform and guide customers on purchasing methods, collaborating with the tender department and supporting project completion and reporting.
Oversee material delivery, installation, and post-sales user training, including attending surgeries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage billing processes, track collections, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
Address customer feedback and complaints by taking appropriate actions and providing updates to stakeholders.
Support marketing and logistics efforts by preparing materials for events, responding to scientific support requests, and exploring cross-product business opportunities.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving growth within a territory.
Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
