Job Description

As a Senior Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our company's products and services. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the technical aspects of our products and services.
  2. Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  3. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to both internal teams and external customers.
  4. Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
  5. Work closely with the development team to understand new features and updates and incorporate them into the documentation.

Preferred Candidates:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively.
  3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  4. Experience with technical writing tools and software.
  5. Knowledge of software development processes and terminology.
