You as a Senior Talent Partner will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia. You will be managing special TA projects and TM projects and will be based in Saudi Arabia. This role would focus on end-to-end talent acquisition process for special projects in KSA including headhunting for roles in senior management cadre and above for all countries in MEA hub, process enhancement and other key initiatives of TA’s expert services within the hub in line with Global and local business strategies, will be playing a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide functional expertise and solutions to current and future talent challenges. In this critical role, the ideal candidate would also partner with the regional TM lead to design and implement the overall Talent Management strategy for the country along the entire employee lifecycle to identify, engage, assess, develop, and retain employees; also building the leadership capability of the organization and this comprises performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, assessment center, and career development, while ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion in KSA. Your responsibilities Active and passive headhunting; Building and maintaining network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts assessment of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios Delivering the talent processes required to implement global talent strategies on a local level, working with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to gain insight into the business talent needs and challenges across SEA (occasionally MEA too) Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates with industry and relevant experience for all levels within the organization Managing the entire recruitment process: planning recruitment campaigns, identifying and working on sourcing solutions, conducting interviews, providing post-event feedback and coaching, facilitating offer negotiations, and closing the vacancy once the job offer is accepted. Evaluation of service providers across SEA, nominating association with them based on their performance Identifying, initiating and managing multiple recruiting campaign, programs on social media platforms and work along with Employer Branding team Liaising with external recruitment firms for specific positions as required, ensuring that they have been provided with appropriate job briefs, and are providing candidates who fulfilling the requirements. Working on new recruitment initiatives to improve candidate, new hire, hiring manager and HRBP experience. Identifying areas for improvement in current practices, processes, and policies, then contributing to the design, development, and implementation of new talent solutions across the hub Leading TA audits across SEA and ensuring personal and organizational compliance with local legislation and HR policies, GDPR and any other data privacy requirements, and adherence to OHS and compliance standards. Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and use data-driven insights to inform decision -making and continuous improvement efforts. Partner with local HR teams to provide guidance and support on talent management best practices, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with global talent management standards. Drive people development initiatives through OD and customized development programs and performance excellence initiatives. Your background A bachelor’s or master's degree, with 8+ years of professional Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience in a high performing global organization- preferred in manufacturing or automation /EPC industry and exposure to multiple geographies in APAC. Should have led TA projects successfully in multiple geographies which includes building up of teams including setting up of factories and other green / brown field projects to their credits with references Relevant work experience in full recruiting lifecycle including job briefing, active headhunting and sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach, offer and close. Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, techniques, and platforms, including the use of digital and social media Strong end-to-end process including offer negotiation with the candidate and extension of contracts. Be tactful and articulate, analytical and methodical in your approach to problems and motivated and results driven, also ability to act quickly and decisively. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
