Our client, a respected and well known leader in the Oil & Energy industry, are seeking a superstar Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing your expertise to attract top-tier talent across both engineering and leadership roles.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to fill various technical and non-technical roles across multiple business units while ensuring the highest standards of candidate experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and talent mapping to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely recruitment and proactive identification of potential candidates.
- Enhance employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities at job fairs and networking events.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Foster relationships with external partners and organizations to widen the talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment team members while actively contributing to team initiatives.
