  • Manage offer negotiations and provide guidance to hiring managers on compensation packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes, and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.


Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
