Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business objectives within the Saudi market context. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT staff, to understand data visualization requirements. Optimize Tableau visualizations for performance, scalability, and ease of use, ensuring alignment with local data governance standards. Integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and regional datasets, into Tableau for comprehensive reporting. Apply best practices in data visualization and storytelling to present insights that support strategic decision-making. Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades of Tableau environments to enhance efficiency and user experience. Maintain data security and integrity in compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies. Mentor junior Tableau developers and analysts, providing guidance on technical skills and project methodologies. Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine requirements, and deliver enhancements that address evolving business needs. Stay current with the latest Tableau features, data visualization trends, and Saudi market regulations to continuously improve solutions.
