Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Partnership Outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that align with our strategic goals, enhancing our offerings, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders in the entertainment and leisure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source key contacts within prospective partner organizations
- Prepare customized partnership discussion materials and proposals tailored to the needs and interests of potential partners
- Manage the engagement process, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Assist in negotiation processes, providing support and input to ensure mutually beneficial partnership agreements are reached
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for effective partnership outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, communications, and partnership pipeline
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation (Photoshop a plus)
