We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Marketing Contracts & Budget Control. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing contracts and overseeing budget control to ensure successful project execution and financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and service orders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets and expenditures, providing regular weekly and monthly financial reports to track performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and tax teams to address requirements for current and future contracts.
- Oversee invoicing processes and address any issues related to vendor contracts and invoicing.
- Align with brand teams to ensure effective management of job deliverables and project timelines.
- Work closely with finance to manage accruals, budget control, and forecasts per approved marketing plans.
