Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at ALJ Enterprises. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a variety of digital projects, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to shape and execute the digital vision for the assigned Business unit: Logistics. This may include but is not limited to websites, e-commerce, mobile applications, automation, digital marketing, platforms delivery, and other digital technology delivery. You will be expected to manage project risks and issues, as well as ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

To excel in this position, the candidate should possess 4+ years of digital transformation experience, ideally within the Logistics or Transportation industry. You should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and be able to manage cross-functional teams effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey project status and risks to stakeholders and senior management, as well as strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues and develop solutions. Fluency in English is required for this position, and Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams in the delivery of digital projects by providing expertise and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Assist stakeholders in developing project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones, providing regular progress updates to relevant parties.
  • Identify project risks and issues, escalate them as needed, and support their resolution in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and presentations, contributing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new digital initiatives, supporting the development of the digital vision for the assigned Business Unit.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project management standards, providing guidance on methodologies and best practices.
