Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company in the region, specializing in the development of transformative entertainment and leisure destinations. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist - Cost to join our Development Management office under our sports division.


The Senior Specialist in Cost Planning will collaborate effectively with project teams to establish and maintain accurate cost estimation.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in Cost Plan reviews.
  • Performing local market research for construction cost benchmarking.
  • Establish a Database for commodities and key material prices in local market for regular updates.
  • Maintain a Database of Cost using information from Qiddiya Contracts.
  • Assist in reviewing Cost Plans.
  • Assist in Cost Reporting.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks.
