Job Description

Main Objective:
  • Responsible for involving everything towards the sales, ensuring that the clients have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning sales strategies in response to the market and competitors’ behavior, offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our software solutions, their features, capabilities, and integrations.
  • Designing and architecture end-to-end technology solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Presenting and demonstrating proposed solutions to clients, effectively showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Conducting an in-depth analysis of client business processes, systems, and challenges.
  • Establishing a system for tracking sales leads to ensure they are followed up on time.
  • Creating proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service offering to a customer in order to secure a contract or agreement to purchase a product or service.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of software solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, implementation, and support teams, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Computer science/ business administration or any related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience as a software pre sales
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and databases.
  • Proficiency in Agile mindset.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to assess customer requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions.
