Timely completion of site and services work activities as per the shutdown plan given by Client
Quality completion of site activities
Avoidance of site accidents by proper implementation of the company’s HSE standards
Good coordination with technical team and project manager
Carry out Distribution substation maintenance activities including transformers, protection, switchgear, relays and AC/DC.
Receive work permit
Inspect project sites to monitor the progress of site activities and ensure conformity to specifications and safety standards.
Participate in maintenance work at the substations
Commit to shutdown window and the time allowed to complete the work
Supervise contracted staff and ensure conformity to Quality & Safety Standards.
Manage logistics to transfer the testing and maintenance equipment from the warehouse to the site and vice versa.
Respond to emergency call to mobilize to site within given response time
Prepare Project Progress Reports and time sheets and submit it to the project manager and construction manager
Prepare the descriptive technical report on any occurring problem and provide technical advice to solve the encountered problem.
Follow up work progress with projects teams, up to handing over to the end user.
Coordinate site activities with the end user representatives and project management team.
Make sure that procedures followed and to determine if specified steps were taken.
Ensure the implementation of the company’s HSE standards
To produce reports, proposals, technical documentation and user guides as required and to ensure other Team members and teams knowledge are up to date.
Conduct awareness sessions for the team and GS employees when needed
