Linking Humans, a specialist ServiceNow recruitment agency, is hiring on behalf of our client. Our client is a leading ServiceNow Partner with a huge presence in the Middle East.. They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to come and play a key role in delivering innovative outcomes for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements. Facilitate interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a
thorough understanding of objectives and challenges.
- Documentation: Create clear and detailed requirement documents, including functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and Agile user stories.
- Analysis: Design and refine System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and analyse data to support informed decision-making and improvements.
- Technical Collaboration: Bridge the gap between client business needs and technical development teams, ensuring alignment on solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison, translating complex requirements into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation activities to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to scope, timelines, and resources, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Project Support: Maintain project documentation, including plans, updates, and reports, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Training & Support: Provide client training and one-on-one guidance to support the successful adoption of solutions.
Skills
Required Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the IT sector, with ServiceNow platform implementation expertise - Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for candidates without ServiceNow
experience
- Proven track record as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, focusing on project delivery and professional service contracts.
- Strong organisational, planning, and customer service skills.
- Expertise in creating requirement specifications, design documents, test plans, and use cases.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Team player with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in software testing, issue tracking, and requirements validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage with varied audiences.
