About the Job
AIC2, a leading system integrator and provider of advanced technology solutions specializing in IT infrastructure, data management, and storage solutions across multiple verticals, is looking for an experienced remotely-based Senior Server/Storage Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for designing composable infrastructure, data storage, protection, HCI, HPC, and virtualization solutions based on HPE and Dell products as well as other major leading technology providers.

Senior Server/Storage Presales Engineer (Remote)
Job Summary
Utilize presales engineering expertise to design enterprise server, storage, backup, and virtualization environment solutions based on HPE, Dell, and other major technology providers.
Have at least 3+ years of industry experience.
Prepare technical proposals, value proposition presentations, HLD, NMP, and POC.
Lead pre-sales engagements with prospects, from the first presentation to closing an RFP.
Design and understand composable infrastructure, data storage, HCI, HPC, backup, and virtualization solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and changing regulations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Prepare full technical and commercial proposals by responding to customer tenders and requests for proposals.
Support Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with our clients.
Remain informed about vendors' product developments/releases.
Provide pre-sales technical support for the sales team during client meetings and product demonstrations.
Deliver thought leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-customer success.
Develop and maintain positive client relationships through excellent verbal and written English communication.
Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
Conduct and coordinate training sessions for clients and internal teams on server/storage technologies.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
Courses and Certificates
HPE ASE Storage, Compute, and Cloud certification
Dell EMC PowerEdge/PowerStore Specialist
Other relevant professional certifications are welcomed, and expert-level certifications are a plus.
Professional Requirements
Effective oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects with varying timelines.
