Role Purpose


Responsible for developing and executing Tiran real estate sales strategy to generate leads and close deals.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES



  • Develop and implement effective and targeted sales strategies.
  • Set, monitor and report on sales goals and objectives.
  • Submit and manage budgets, forecast revenue projections, report on performance.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



Knowledge, Skills  and Experience


  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager for min. 10 years.
  • Demonstrated track records in closing luxury real estate sales.
  • Experience in developing pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinker.
  • Strong marketing acumen and ideally experience.
  • Ability to develop, implement effective and targeted sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales pipeline and performance metrics monitoring and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi and/or Gulf real estate market is a plus.
  • Multilingual is a plus.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
