About the job Senior Sales Manager - Oil & Gas Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.


As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for our client's oil and gas PPE products. You will work closely with their existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the region. Your role will be vital in maintaining and expanding their market share in the highly competitive oil and gas and PPE industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze market trends
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand our network
  • Manage daily operations of the showroom, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, particularly in Oil & Gas and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sectors
  • Experience in registering companies with Aramco, Sabic, and Maaden.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in sales processes, CRM software, and market analysis
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
