Job Description

  • Responsible for the sales of palm oil and its by-products, including shortening, margarine, specialty fats, palm olein, soap noodles, and oleo chemicals.
  • Market and prospect the allocated region to grow the customer portfolio.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using compelling arguments to existing and prospective clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Report country PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) factors to headquarters.
  • Collaborate daily with the pricing team to optimize business operations.
  • Develop relationships with banks, government institutions, and customers.
  • Travel frequently to visit markets and clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant experience as a B2B Sales Manager withminimum 5 years in the palm oil and specialty fats industry (mandatory).​
  • Strong network and established customer base in the palm oil and specialty fats sector.
  • Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
