Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge air filtration systems and solutions. You will engage with clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, providing technical guidance and ensuring that our products meet their air quality needs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their air quality challenges and needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including engineering firms, contractors, and end-users
· Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity and the business pipeline projections in terms of books & bill, periodically to the reporting manager.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions-based selling to customers on commercial air filtration offerings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client facilities to recommend suitable filtration solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sale support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients to secure payments.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and monitor aging reports.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure smooth cash flow.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- The Senior Sales Engineer may be required to provide mentoring and coaching to the wider team when required to develop colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with company leadership on business performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence
- Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or account management in the HVAC or air filtration industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Well-connected with key consultants across the Kingdom.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's geographically.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the KSA market.
- KSA market knowledge is a must.
- Exposure to KSA Giga projects.
- CRM previous experience.
- ERP system working knowledge.
- Ability to qualify requests for quotations - investigate/determine customers buying motives and economic justification criteria, map decision makers/influencers, understand funding process.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
