Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Advanced negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes and methodologies
  • Strategic planning and execution skills
  • Experience in developing and managing key accounts
  • Understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and culture
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
