Experience
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in the engineering design and/or construction industry with increasing responsibility in engineering and construction leadership with significant recent experience in a marine environment
2. Engineering and/or leadership experience in KSA or wider Middle East
3. Knowledge of construction management software, such as Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera P6 Professional
4. Experience with construction project scheduling and budgeting
5. Experience with managing subcontractors and suppliers
6. Experience with construction safety and quality control
7. Experience with contract administration
8. Experience with leading and motivating teams
9. Sustainable construction practices
10. Lean construction principles
11. Building information modeling (BIM)
