The opportunity:


Works in the talent acquisition function, coordinating activities across all levels within the Cost and Commercial service line, partnering with hiring manager, key stakeholders and builds relationships throughout the organisation. Utilises knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition to assist in hiring, meeting competitive hiring goals, delivers key performance indicators (KPIs) and manages expectations and driving a positive candidate experience.


Contributes across cost and commercial portfolio, including the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, internally and externally.

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Managing and supporting the sourcing of talent in the market from across industry and where required specialist sectors to support talent and recruitment requirements.


  • Coordinating and contributing to the sourcing of talent to align and support business and company requirements alignment to company strategy and ill sets, expertise and experience requirements and behaviours that match and support performance.


  • Collaborating with the business and stakeholders and identifies/facilitates internal talent and promotes internal mobility.


  • Promoting the use of and utilises a range of sourcing methods including social channels, media, CV searching and internal/external databases to source talent and meet business requirements.


  • Managing and facilitating the generation and promotion of referrals from within promoting referrals and career mobility.


  • Actively supporting and guiding job applicants through onboarding process and the provision of effective feedback.


  • Managing and establishing prospects and bidding activity by pipelining unsecured roles.


  • Actively partners with and supports hiring managers and the provision of guidance through the full recruitment process.


  • Contributing and coordinating detailed proficiency and behavioural based interviews and interprets outputs.


  • Managing the maintenance and monitors database of candidates’ records, maximising the usage of the applicant tracking system (ATS).


  • Developing and ensuring the processes are compliant and procedures are adhered for approval to hire process applicable to legislation.


  • Establishing, creating, modifying and enhancing adverts ready for posting to the external market.


  • Contributing and managing reviews and monitors Power BI dashboards to ensure alignment and achievement of targets.


  • Actively develops key working relationships and collaborates with third party partners to meet bespoke hiring demands.


  • Providing mentoring/training to members of the team.


  • Sharing technical/functional/domain expertise to upskill capabilities.


  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.


You’ll need to have:


  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.


  • A relevant degree qualification.


  • Excellent communication skills.

You’ll also have:


  • Professional membership or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.


  • Excellent IT skills.


  • Strong senior recruitment and selection experience. Screening, interviewing and offer experience across senior level roles.


  • Proven knowledge of using applicant tracking system.


  • Strong stakeholder management skills at senior manager level.


  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.


  • You must care and want to make a difference, be passionate about finding the best talent, with the brightest future at Mace, have a finely tuned recruitment instinct and the tenacity to get the job done.


  • Ability to build recruitment strategies that leverage the employment brand and are able to demonstrate working in fast and complex environments, ideally spanning the Middle East or overseas markets.


  • Proven significant end to end recruitment experience within construction, real estate, property, infrastructure or engineering is essential as will be your experience assessing a candidates behavioural and cultural fit to ensure we are attracting the best people into the business.
