Responsibilities


  • Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Project Management Department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Prepare reports of Project Management Department / Section timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  • Supervise the activities of the team to ensure that all tasks are carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
  • Provide formal and informal feedback of the team in order to ensure their continuous development  
  • Review the budget required for the projects to ensure proper planning and implementing for the project
  • Monitor the process of billing to ensure its submitted to the Program manager
  • Ensure the compliance with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
