As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the foundation’s mission to drive impactful initiatives and deliver its mandate effectively. This individual will work closely with the executive team, stakeholders, and partners to develop, implement, and manage programs that align with the foundation's strategic goals.
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the foundation's strategic plans and initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of key programs and projects, ensuring they align with the foundation’s mission and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Program Development and Management
- Design and develop new programs and initiatives that address the foundation’s priorities and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of programs, including setting goals, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Coordinate with wider company teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, advisors. community leaders, and government officials.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the foundation’s impact.
Communications and Advocacy
- Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of the foundation’s work and impact.
- Oversee the creation of content for the foundation’s website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Advocate for the foundation’s mission and initiatives through public speaking, media engagement, and policy influence
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, social sciences). Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, Proven track record of leading and managing successful programs.
