Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of projects. 
  • Manage projects from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, and budget management. 
  • Take charge of appointing the most appropriate suppliers and contractors who can deliver quality work and the best pricing. 
  • Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives. 
  • Define critical path, anticipate potential problems, and propose appropriate solutions to overcome these problems effectively and efficiently. 
  • Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within the agreed schedule. 
  • Manage project budget and cost management. 
  • Track project deliverables. 
  • Review project progress and communicate timely to the various stakeholders. 
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed as appropriate. 
  • Always ensure safety compliance by the project team.


Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Project Management/ Civil Engineering/Construction Management or any equivalent. 
  • Experience and technical knowledge in project management within Construction and fitting Out projects.
  • Experience working in the construction and/or building of theme parks. 
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management.
