Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
Break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timelines and deadlines
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Ensure that client expectations are met and proactively address any issues that may arise during project execution
Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets
Identify and analyze project risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigation
Oversee project procurement management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and monitoring of supplier performance
Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution
Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and resolve any project-related issues or obstacles
Utilize project management tools and software to monitor work progress, plans, and expenditures
Prepare and review all necessary project documentation, plans, and reports
Ensure that project standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
