Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timelines and deadlines
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Ensure that client expectations are met and proactively address any issues that may arise during project execution
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets
  • Identify and analyze project risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Oversee project procurement management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and monitoring of supplier performance
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and resolve any project-related issues or obstacles
  • Utilize project management tools and software to monitor work progress, plans, and expenditures
  • Prepare and review all necessary project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Ensure that project standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
