Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for Operations, you will own the scope and execution of meal production. You will be responsible for optimizing our meal production schedule, improving efficiency, and creating and enhancing software used by our chefs and operations teams to craft delicious, nutritious, and personalized meals that help our customers achieve their health goals.

The role requires a strong analytical sense, the ability to create and optimize processes, and the skills to influence stakeholders across departments.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of operations, manufacturing, and food production and has worked in high-growth environments where agility and rapid iteration are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for operations, focusing on optimizing meal production processes and scaling operations.
• Leverage data and analytics to solve operational challenges and enhance efficiency in meal production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, operations, design, and data science to develop and launch new tools and features.
• Lead initiatives to improve production schedules, reduce waste, and maintain the highest quality standards in meal preparation.
• Communicate and influence across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of product strategies.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of experience directly owning product initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
• Based in KSA, UAE, or Bahrain.
• Strong background in operations and manufacturing, with the ability to design and improve processes.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel to build short-term dashboards and address urgent challenges.
• A passion for innovation, with experience in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, or computer vision being a plus.
