Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital experiences aligned with client/product goals ensuring user-centered design principles
- Lead and contribute to the design of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Lead the creation of end-to-end customer journey maps and service blueprints to visualize and enhance user interactions.
- Ensure design consistency across projects while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s output.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
- Optimize designs based on analytics, user feedback, and iterative testing.
- Apply design thinking and human-centered design methodologies to solve complex challenges and drive innovation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Present and communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
