Senior Planning Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join our highly skilled team dedicated to delivering quality services in program and project management. In this role, you will lead the planning and scheduling activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and adherence to timelines and budgets. Your expertise will be instrumental in the development of comprehensive project schedules, managing performance metrics, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

As a Senior Planning Manager, you will coordinate efforts with project teams to identify critical paths, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies. You will be responsible for preparing regular reports and updates for senior management, while also providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring and analyzing project performance.
• Manage risk and opportunity identification and assessments.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide critical path analysis and manage change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with JASARA’s project controls processes and methodologies.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to the team’s professional development.
