Senior Planning Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join our exceptional team. The Senior Planning Manager will be pivotal in overseeing the planning and scheduling of various projects, ensuring their alignment with our organization's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project schedules, managing project performance metrics, and facilitating communication among various project stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the team in identifying risks and opportunities while maintaining efficient project execution from conception through completion.

• Design, implement, and manage the planning processes across multiple projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, incorporating timelines, resource allocations, and key milestones.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and report on performance metrics.
• Identify critical paths and potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project management teams to align plans with execution strategies.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior planning team members, helping build a culture of continuous improvement.
